Wagering a guess after reading the translator card at the end of the last chapter uploaded, looks like this scanslator is using the Pixiv uploads as raws. IIRC the previous translator was using the tankobans, so there might just be a difference in how its numbered.

Nah, I looked off site, prior to what this uploader put up was translated elsewhere, but what they uploaded didn't seem to be. So they figured those ones were already translated enough even if not on mangadex, I guess.
