AFAIK, often used in math to say that the proof was finished/completed... In the given context, I think its just the edgy way of saying that he is "done".

P.S. Now that I re-read, he is probably referring to his "The moment you entered this room... You had already lost", which is then followed by "QED" - yeah just edgy way to confirm that he was right all along xD.
