Questionable is a nice way to put it. I just caught up and it was some of the most egregious MTL slop ever. Typesetting was okay but the translation was utter garbage, they didn't even bother to change the antagonistic group's name correctly, so no concern for the quality whatsoever.

Okay, since nobody tried to write a TLDR of how we got here, let me try to do a very basic one:

Spoiler: What happened

Last chapter that is uploaded make it seem like the story went heavy, but it really didn't, MC killing her father haven't gone anywhere so far, he even asked her "what if I killed your father?" but again, it went nowhere and he played it as a joke. Pretty much all arcs are structured like this: "Someone wants to kill MC, mc is surrounded, mc kills everyone.

There's lots of fighting, lots of "groups" trying to destroy the organisation MC is in, they all fail, some of them become new allies.

There's a new character, an old comrade of MC that betrayed him and left the organisation, he was part of one of the groups that tried killing him but he later joined their group.

The Reverse Crown, main villains before are gone, but some offshoots remain. MC was jailed by one of the governments' "bad guy" groups, but broke out of prison with one of the former enemies, making him into ally.

MC is getting it on with the girls, several times, both at once, even at school. Though there aren't that many chapters with that, there's nudity and plap plap plap.

After the recent "kill bad guy's organisation spree" the bad guy was the academy headmaster (I think), bad guy lost (suprise) tough fight, MCs father almost died but all's well that ends well.

One of the big plot points about MC was he's "readiness" for death, he would often think about how he would die, and wanted to die doing his assassination job. But he's been changing bit by bit, in large part due to the girls. After the mentioned above arc MC's father "fired" him from the organisation, wishing for him to become a regular student, arguing that the organisation is changing, with lots of new allies(former enemies) he isn't needed as much.

MC continues with the academy and stops hiding he's power (to an extent) basically dominating everyone in academics and sports. He also supports the two love interest's studies and powers them up.

New bad guys are revealed, I have no idea who they're supposed to be, personally. But with the shitty translation I gathered that it was someone related to one of the bad guys MC killed before.

The fatty is one of the assassins of the new boss bad guy. One of the assassins already got recked, and I think there's one more on stand by.

That's basically it, as you can imagine smashing 80 chapters into one post is hard, and with the shitty MTL I had to suffer though, it's even harder. But now you're about caught up with main points!
