@Ghostkun He probably came after the fight, and acting as the witness and referee of the fight, just like Toujou from folly Wolf during bakurakan arc

Also he, and only he can act as the witness since he is an outsider of both team, I also think that Tanzawa and Yoshiki stopped everyone from going in an all out war to focus on a 1 on 1 between leaders to avoid making to much fuss and damaging the goods of ahmad

@Cinischalybs Don't forget that it's a flashforward, probably both gens have beat the living shit out of each other, and there are also some names tha haven't been shown in a long time, like Hizaki from Ashura, the boss of SID and these two 2 weird dudes, the one with the bucket in his head and the creepy guy with the black hair. What I'm trying to say is that if they need a referee, they certainly don't need Tatsuya
