I don't hate Kai, but his demise will probably be poetic - killed by Yoshiki.

Yoshiki, on the other hand is either supersmart or supernaive, keeping Kai by his side monitoring the war.

I still think Yoshiki actually doesn't want to live after all this - his mission is clear - destroy Jousuke's legacy completely, including disbanding Kilihito and probably killing himself and Acchan, the two holding Jousuke's darkness inside the most, in the process.

Then, this is Makoto we are talking about. The dude has some ingenious stuff, but he goes overboard way too often.
