Man, this pages are way harder to translate than normal chapters. I'm sorry if the explanations turned out a bit redundant. I wasn't really sure how to translate half of these terms.

Anyway, enough complaining! I'm truly sorry to all the people that really enjoyed the more laid-back tone of recent chapters because in chapter 17 we're going back to politics! (We'll go back to more relaxed chapters in due course I promise).

I haven't written them yet, but I think I'm going to write several pages of translation notes. I apologize in advance!
