During the time when they were fighting, they have to do sesbian lex since no MC there. They use maid outfit as a sign that say "you can attack me if you need" hence why all the maid seem to have high libido.
But im pretty sure that the MC just knew how to control the libido effect, not that it has no effect on him. He forgot to teach them because he keep his libido low and forgot that would be an issue. He regret it all the time but can't change it now.
