Like, Keima from Lazy Dungeon Master has "the Create Golem spell is actually OP because of how flexible it is in what you can make with it and how the dungeon system allocates resource costs" as an early plot point, and figuring out how to use that to do other bullshit is, if not always the product of visible development, at least slow-rolled enough in presentation that you can infer he's putting in time he'd rather be sleeping to get those results.
Here we're dunked right into the theoretical endpoint of What Golems Can Do and further informed by the more interesting first-responder that this would usually be a wildly inefficient use of magical power, which means the concept has sort of blown its wad early even with the bar raised by the premise in the title.
