Decent attempt in the typesetting department, but I definitely would advise you to not use Machine Translation for manga, especially one that goes pretty heavy into both Ojou-sama speak as well as Yakuza terms.

Having Japanese knowledge is kinda crucial, I kinda skimmed over the chapter since I read the raws already but one pretty big mistake you made is the MC's (body's) name is 桐野糸織, the correct reading for it being Kirino Shiori, not Kirino Itoori. Itoori is a valid reading for the the kanji 糸織, but only when it's about the word, and not the name like the case is here.
Also you missed page 36 (see below) and pages 43 and 44 are supposed to be joined together.

Second check on the other character's names: MC's name is Shiokawa Eiji, not Ei Shiokawa and the other girl's name is Yotsuhashi Sumire, not Sumire Yotsubashi (and be consistent in the naming order, either leave it in Japanese order or put them all in Western order.

Third edit: I see you've updated the chapter, pages 3 & 4 and 6 & 7 should also be joined together, right now it breaks the double page reader because there's supposed to be an empty page after the colour page.

I guess i'll stick with it for some chapters. Let's see where this is going.

I bet every 3 chapters we'll have a twist where one of the "normal" girl characters was really a yakuza all along.

This looks fun enough to keep with, even if the translations might be misleading (I'll just put the chapters off for a week so corrections can be made looool)

Quick heads-up about English

The hyphen belongs to the first part.

If I have limited room for a word, and need to use hyphen-
ation, I use this by put-
ting it on the first part of a word or words.

If you put the hyphen at the start of a line, that means thay the next word is...
-gasp!
... likely, an interjection; and it means that it has nothing to do with the previous line.

I felt like this is kinda important information, as I dont know if there is a suffix of "-kai" or if there is a suffix of "-gumi" in the same way there is a suffix of "san/chan/sama/kun."
And since I don't know that, I'm not sure what this dude is even saying... other than he now has tits, which is a pretty great starting point for a story, IMHO! 😅

And I'm seriously just trying to help; I do not believe the PR/typesetting/group is made up of children, but I'll address the usual responses here:
I'm not making this up, I didn't know know what the words meant, it's not the same anyway, and words do actually have meanings.
