Can't find any issues with the image that'd cause it to not load, pulled it into PS and did a clean reexport as a PNG then edited that into the chapter to see if it'll make a difference.

hmm. it must've been like, one incident moment thing at that hour. i can't seem to replicate it.
it was just one page but I couldn't get that page to load and would instantly have the "cannot load page" red button.

i'll take a screenshot next time or video
