It's probably not going to be a comedy. It's more than likely going be a lot like late Asobi Asobase, which is like a 180 switch in terms of genre.

As someone that didn't mind said switch, I'm all in for Outsider Paradise.

Interesting. The first chapter I read was 5, and the upperclassman seemed like a deranged lunatic at the time, but after reading 1-4, they're just extra perceptive, but not perceptive enough.

So they got their own manga huh?, is it supposed to be this awkward middle ground between drama and comedy? or perhaps I'm missing something. They give off a very suspicious vibe rather than the absurdity of the trio from the previous manga. Anyway this seems interesting.

you might have to read asobi asobase i think some of the nicknames might originate from that. if not "we're just quirky teenage girls so we'll pick nicknames at random" kinda vibe

outsider paradise is a whole new set of main characters different from asobi asobase, in fact the asobi trio doesn't show up at all in outsider paradise. if you want to see the asobi characters i'd say to go back to the asobi manga and start reading at around chap 30-35-ish.

outsider paradise is centered around characters that didn't show up in the anime, but you'll be introduced to them later in the asobi manga as you read 😄
