Im guessing he based that on his personality and how hes allways relying on stuff. To others it looks like hes an asshole, and they never see the hard work he actually puts in. So they just see him as really lucky.

Looks like they are still releasing pretty much a chapter every week. Last week they translated 224 (the one the other group sniped).

Reaper just take a long time to upload their translations to mangadex in order to generate traffic to their site. Which I personally dont mind as long as they upload them here eventually.
