That would have been the case if there wasn’t a means to erase the shadows. The existence of the sponge solves that issue.

@black1210 Also, not sure if the sapient shadows have the ability to learn or be anything other than mindless slaves. If they're not unpredictable, they're not Euclid. This might be addressed in the full report but it's a good question nonetheless. The shadows themselves would possibly be labeled as their own SCP numbers (see 231's offspring) just to differentiate between them though.
