I wouldn't block them, because they're only ever going to upload chapter 1s occasionally and it will basically alert you that they've set their eyes on a manga you love instead of translations for it dying off without you knowing it.

I feel bad for Shina, she died for nothing and failed to pass on her magic power to a successor. Not even her desperate last ditch offer of free sex could keep him there.
