Reread the chapter properly. Only the 3 of them in the room at that moment. They also entered another smaller room with all the tools/potential weapons. Completely different situation from the bet.
So the situation is either willingly get raped by 10 guys or fight back with a very real chance at success and possibly get out. Huh?
Also, it is a 2v1 AND they have weapons. The criminal left them in front of the open room with all the tools plus the keys on the ground directly in front of them. I am not making this up, it is there in the chapter. She absolutely isn't doing anything, made the concious decision not to uncuff MC and at this point somewhat willingly went along.

If there were more guys in the room along with the 3 of them, why didn't the goons attempt to wrestle the phone out of MC's hands (or even blindsided him) and just let the apologizing scene play out? Why not gang up on MC the moment he won the "game" and have their way with Fumi then and there with the douche claiming the dibs first?

Fumi didn't do anything while the douche was doing the dogeza. It was their chance to demand the key and uncuff MC while he is also capturing the video for evidence. Even after MC was tied, she still didn't uncuff him despite the key in front of them. They just don't have the situational awareness at all.
