I don't mean to dampen the mood further but I think this is why people hesitate in real life whether they should date single parents. Outsiders often think it's evil or self centric to not consider a person as a romantic partner because of this but it makes perfect sense to me. No matter what their kid comes first which is only right since they had the kid but as someone who wants to have them as a partner they'd like to have some part of them at least and if the kid is all like "I want mommy and daddy to be together" you'd feel like absolute shit even if the partner decides to stay with you...
It's a big mess honestly and a mood swing of the kid can result in the relationship going to shit (which isn't the kid's fault, kids are kids)

This types of characters honestly annoy me, I feel annoyed wen characters dismiss other people like their feelings are the only thing that matters, as if the other character doesn't like them, hurting others in the process while making it about themselves, leaving the other characters looking at a wall.

Have seen this recently in a Omegaverse manga where the guy breaks up whit the other because of being unable to give birth while living the guy confused and not knowing wth happened, just for him to go prostitute himself instead.

Niina should legit find someone else, because this type of behavior is toxic.
