It doesnt have any relation between the special illness and the story. Makes no senses. The author can change paperakyu to 'poorness', or 'ugliness' (without any paperakyu) and the story still works.

@zolarfucks not allergies, but the disease itself (paperakyu) doesnt have the special stories in it. For example: its contaginous that can spread to friend, or make the MC have special power, or short like that. Maybe the old man came back to life because of paperakyu. Meh...
