She's Lili. She's one of the three sisters that ventured out from their secluded village to find the MC so he can mate with them and everyone in their village to extend their lifespan*. That's most likely where the MC will go next after he defeats the empress so he can liberate the village from a witch that eats left arms for some reason.

* EDIT: After rereading their introduction, the original reason why they left the village is to find an immortality elixir to extend their lifespan. After they found the MC, they asked him to come to their village to mate with everyone there.

She appeared in the end of chapter 256. The only thing Lili and her sisters did was set up the next plot point and mate with the MC across multiple chapters, while most of the other girls in this series were actively dealing with a worldwide Karu invasion.

So yeah, it's easy for people to forget about the sisters because they're not relevant in the story of the MC trying to defeat the empress besides Lili now. Once the MC defeats the empress, the sisters will become more relevant in the next part of the story since they're the only people that knows where their village is located.

MC's last desperate play paid off...mostly. Him resisting the empress trying to run Lumi's sword through him is raw as hell.

You know when the MC got his legs burned off, I knew someone had to come to the rescue unless the MC had the strength left to start mauling the empress with his teeth. Honestly, I didn't expect one of the three sisters out of all people to show up but it's a clever twist. Luckly for the MC, she didn't get a non-virgin collar when they mated. I assume that she technically has virgin blood to open the door unless the empress lost some of her powers during the struggle.

Yeah, it will definitely go past 300 chapters, maybe it will end around 360. I say this series has two years max left in the tank to wrap every major story element up.
