Cmon, while I agree people complain a bit much, let's be fair here. It'd be one thing to say that about someone who binged this series' chapters, but you need to remember the chapters that she showed up in (60-120) were posted 4-5 years ago. Anybody who started reading this earlier on would have a hard time remembering this character especially when she hasn't reappeared up for more than 150+ chapters (especially with how many girls Lynn introduces per arc).

To be fair, it hasn't been that long since her last apperance. She and the other girls in the desert settlement did appear again around 20~ chapters ago when MC's childhood friend went there to look for something.

But yeah, it's only natural for people to forget about Amane/ think she hasn't appeared in years since she didn't have much of a presence between those chapters until now.

That is because the majority doesn't pay much attention to the the story and characters and like to complain for every little thing.
Or their memory it isn't so good too.

Amane was one of the best guardians in the desert city ruins arc where Nishina was sleeping. They even had to fight a witch later where she was going to use her eye but Youta found the weakness. It was really hard to forget her (at least for me).
