Most of them hardly lived long enough to see a man. Most witches are crazy enough to be cannibalistic for youth, so they probably wouldn't really mind Kanejo's debauchery.
Note that the newest witch (Momo) doesn't really trust men all that much. Just check out how she got her collar. So they don't have to be in the "I love Kanejo" club, but also means that not all of them have actually met a man.
