What do you mean Yota never forced anyone? There were plenty of women who said they’d never sleep with him, but he found a way to “convince” them. Even Leemary was forced into it. There were chapters where it was literally the group surrounding the women, trying to make them let Yota use his power on them.

The only woman you can argue he forced himself on was the girl they took prisoner and even then he was using it as an interrogation tactic, not just to rape. If convincing a woman to sleep with you was considered rape then literally every man that ever lost his virginity is a rapist by your definition, that's retarded.

Convincing someone is one thing. Forcing them is another. Unfortunately, the chapters were taken down so I couldn’t look for examples to show you. But there were several cases where they clearly said they didn’t want to, and Yota found a way to use his power on them to “convince” them. And it wasn’t “accidental” touches. He actively went after them to touch them so his power would activate on them. To me, that’s not “convincing.” It’s forcing.
