This is the kind of vampire story where I have to wonder why it's even a problem. If the volume of blood is so small that it isn't even harmful to a child, then it should be pretty easy to get by with just one person that's cool with providing blood. Doesn't even need to be a romantic partner; it probably wouldn't be hard to find someone willing to give blood for a few bucks

In Vampire: The Masquerade you can have humans like that. I think it's limited to one class (been a long time since I played it), but they're basically groupies that love vampires and let you feed off them.

It's the problem because she is too weak of a vampire. Now if she could become a vampire piston, i'm sure she would be really popular.
