Damn, I hate that I predicted this and it actually happened. Damsel-in-distress rescue, one my (most hated) tropes, especially since Narsena wasn't supposed to be a helpless weak girl. She's conveniently tied up and about to be assaulted just so Raust can show up in the coolest (/s) way possible.
Finally we get more male characters, but they're ALL villains. They were even down to the idea of gang rape on Narsena. Hell, even the guild guy was corrupt and was going to cover up the incident if Raust didn't do some name-dropping with his master.
MTL... as much as I hate it, I'm starting to feel like the mediocre quality of this story really only warrants that level of low effort
