The art style and the general story seems a lot shittier than the the previous version that got axed. I've always loved this manhwa, even with the worst name ever it stands out as a rare gem amongst all the popular kortrash, I seriously think that popular shit like Omniscient Reader and Solo Leveling didn't hold a candle to the previous version.
I am really afraid that the author will cut back on what made this manga special in the new version, the art style already does that at least.

EDIT: It does hold up fairly well, the art also gets better, it has a bit more action and cliches than the old version but it's still nice

Yeah it was good.... But the author focused so much in investment... And around 30~50 was still only in investment to buy the places where in the future would be some dungeons... And it wasn't even started to have monster or had awakened.... '-'
It was good but started to be boring... And it was so deep in investment not everyone could understand about finances and investment... '-'

Yes, but they just stopped when the monster arc was starting.

Now, we don't know what's happening in the story, it's too fast and they don't show us the plan nor the dungeon clearance...

In my opinion, they are spoiling (the ambition of) the story.

Where is the action now ?

"We will now attempt another dungeon!"
(timeskip)
"We are a lot better now!"

Give us back the previous one (complex) story. :qq:
I have personally already stopped reading, the only business content this still have is trash, and the action does not make up for it in the slightest. "Real Man" is the medicine you need after loosing this great manhwa, go give it a read.

I like how people are complaining here about how the previous version got axed for being too slow, me I am just here saying "Man, I am surprised this has not gotten axed with it's fairly slow pace". Not to say I dislike this, have been enjoying it.

They should have ended that investment - economics - bullshit within 10 chapters. Instead the author stretched it out and made this one a boring ass manhwa that lacks in all aspects. Like if I wanted to know about finance I would go to school for that. 4/10 boring.

Any investment dudes here that can explain why what they did is illegal/why they're trying to hide the fact that they own all those money? I mean, they got it through investments/betting and stuff, which, afaik, isn't illegal

Edit: this got a lot longer than i planned. the manhwa Reborn Rich might be a more digestible introduction to how much of it works, it shows a similar story from the perspective of someone who already has (a close relationship with his grandpa who has) an established power base

the world isnt as black and white as "legal" and "illegal" the law is often used as a tool of those in power, just look at what the military industrial complex, big tech, big pharma, et al. gets away with in the real world. everything from tax fraud to straight up "woops a couple whistleblowers suddenly died" the reason it doesnt get investigated and punished is because they have power and connections across industry/government. in the real world there is usually pretty clear link between money and power since through the process of operating large corporations they naturally build up their network at the same time, but here we are dealing with someone who has made billions through knowing the future and basically gamling. additionally those who do hold influence in society wont welcome new competitors, that is why big tech buys up every start-up the moment they grow just a little too big because the cost of doing so is very small for them relative to how much they would lose if it grows into a serious competitor.

imagine you join a long-running game of monopoly hundreds of rounds into the game with nothing but tons of money to make up for it. on top of that all the money you have came out the pockets of the players that already owns a ton of properties so they will also be hostile towards you because from their perspective you came out of nowhere, took their money and now you want to establish yourself as a player

in the real world it would be trivial for them to snuff you out, all it takes is a few connections. get a tax investigation going and you can easily freeze their funds for years because no matter how legitimately you got the money it will still look suspicious enough to justify an investigation. that is plenty to stop all momentum for a new player in an industry, just look at what happened to the social media site Parler when it started gaining traction Amazon (who they were renting servers from) went as far as to terminating their contract with no warning, halting all momentum and Parler never managed to regain that lost momentum.

Ill never understand why people hate the investment part, that's the best part of the manhwa imo
