Thought the manga's gonna follow peach boy's journey after ch.1, but it turned out to be the adventure of an annoying, dumb and naive baby princess. Meh

chapters... give me... MOAR....MOAR CHAPTERS!!!!!!!!! REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
no but ty for picking this back up, this is fun
@Fluffyfish thats because a lot of the series doesnt translate well into english culture-wise. its heavily grounded in Japanese culture in a number of ways,
through the story of momotarou and the moon rabbits
. a lot of character names are references to various myths or fables, and i guess they thought putting in translation notes at the end would be too messy or something... which is kinda sad because its what really gives the series its identity and its fun feel. for example
very few people here would recognize that the hammer that Frau is using is a specialized tool for pounding mochi, which is supposedly what rabbits do on the moon in japanese fairy tails xD or the reference in chapter 1 when he talked about giving a dango to the girl, since her name starts with "saru" as in monkey, and he already has a dog, and the three animals that momotarou gets to follow him are the dog, the monkey, and the pheasant (im not sure if have met the pheasant yet as i wasn't paying THAT much attention xD.
Anyways, my point is theres a lot of stuff going on here that just isn't translatable because its just as much culture based as it is language based.
for reference for those who are interested in what they are missing out on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3k75rkB61Bk here is an animated version of the story "momotarou" with english subs (if u click the CC button) theres also a dub in the description if thats what u prefer
