I think the CF girl is setting all the wrong flags.

Then again given who the author is, I shouldn't be surprised, I'm still gonna give it a read cause I'm interested to see more of the other 2 and what kind of people they truly are

That was I said in a previous chapter. She was a tomboy and now looks like a girl so she must be pranking him. If it was indeed her brother she didn't seem too angry so if he really existed and died must haven't be his fault.

Now this chapter ending seems a bit... SUS!

Go look at the authors other works, this mc is every mc he writes. You're gonna want to lower you're expectations a lot or move on lol

Now that I think about it, given the usual "active childhood friend is actually a girl" twist, what are the chances that the boy he played with back then is actually the girl? I don't think it says anywhere that someone actually drowned and was reported in the news or something like that, so what if it was just the girl and she didn't end up drowning?

Then again, that wouldn't really explain her current actions either compared to just assuming that she actually hated her brother/tried to kill him herself.
