Honestly the ending could have been better, like giving conclusions to mentioned characters in story aftermath or some sort. And jp writers have biased romance toward childhood crush so I think that's pretty clear who was the last girl is

Just binged the whole series in one go.
Overall it was fine. I don't know why it's hated so passionately it was pretty A->B story with a sudden ending. The art was good, characters were eh and plot was pretty obvious. Overall like a 6/7 outta 10.

The ntr bait wasn't exaggerated a lot (besides with his cousin ig) and only present in the first couple chapters. The only two really bad parts here were the copout ending and the vagueness on childhood friend abuse. We know she got abused by her brother and stabbed with pencil but we don't really know how far it went. It maybe sexual since her mother called her a slut but the mother also just unstable. It seemed mostly physical abuse and was starting to go sexual since her brother asked her to strip nude as a "harsher punishment" implying it hadn't gone past sex. Then she killed him so we can assume it was likely only physical.

Other than that. Mc was fine, pretty standard wimp but improves 2/3 through series. No ntr, light cheating and an ambiguous ending. Overall Coulda been better with an extra 10ish chapters, but not bad.
