How the hell were they going to go though with killing off an entire clan just based on their children's talent? They already showed that the Patriarchs are at a higher martial level then the kids as well as the elders. They just gave up once one kid got accepted into a school that ignores worldly matter so basically he is no longer part of any clan. Does the school just promote that their deciples roll on down into random towns a start a purge over children bullying?
Hell Dio here already killed all but one of their future clan prospects and those were the ones that were going to stick around in the lower martial world and not fuck off forever into wuxia never to be seen from again by the lower world.

Looks like MC has attracted her interest, and unlike others while strong and proud she isn't arrogant and will protect those weaker than her. He'll have to step lightly as she seems to have very good perception and instincts. Also, isn't the time to burn one incense stick 5 minutes? So does that mean he gave the Fang clan and traitors 15 minutes to cripple themselves and leave? Although it's nice he didn't just slaughter them all and they'd have an almost impossible time causing trouble without being able to cultivate, but I'm curious how they're going to make ends meet with no territory, no power or influence, whatever they can carry, and a clan's worth of people to take care of? Well maybe will find out or not later but they reaped what they sowed trying to eliminate another clan out of arrogance, greed, and seeing threat from paranoid delusions with no basis.
