Isn't that girl the same one who he first saved back in chapter 10? Just noticed the shadow guy is most likely the same from we first saw him. They didn't specify her age back then, but if she was around 10 years old back in chapter 10, she had a date with Noh at age 20(Chapter 106/108), which kinda matches the kids age. Noh was age 41 during the date and was around 30 when he first saved her then.
