@Mewples nah, you're wrong. Mc doesn't just want to help them kill the big guy because he knows he'll be surrounded by enemies if he dies. So he is intentionally letting the big guy kill one of them every time they try to attack.
@Mewples he isn't protecting anyone. As MC said, both are his enemies and he is using them against each other, weakening that monster while also giving that monster openings against the sword clan to finish them off trying to create a best case scenario where only MC and one or two of the sword clan are left alive which he should be able to finish off himself
@0001@Kalec What would be the point? MC is stronger then those Soldiers and only has a problem with the big guy, honestly if anything it feels like the other guys just restrict his movements and causes problems because brute would swing in a way he wouldn’t want and find hard to deal with
When it’s one on one it’s easier to read his movements but having him suddenly distracted causes problems to the flow of the battle....If anything I am not entirely certain but atm I think he just wants to beat brute into submission so he can find out where he learned thoose techniques because he is concerned about his old masters techniques
@Mewples think of it this way, the brute is stronger than the Mc and the sword guys managed to hurt him. So obviously Mc doesn't want to help them beat him only for them to then attack him.
@djasindra MC wants everyone but him to die because if they kill the hobo demon god they might turn on him despite him helping them ( Sword Clan and HDA are in a war pretty much ). If Noh was at peak condition he could easily take 5-6 of the sword guys but now he is exhausted af and pretty beat up as well. So he wants them all to die at the same time or at least be as close to death's door as him. There is also the chance that he just wants to keep the Hobo for last so he can ask him a few questions about his version or the Trillion Blows Art.
