This looks like the wrong chapter somehow. When he fainted he was in his home with his grandfather and aunt, now he's in a cave in some forest with some of the younger generation clansmen. Something has been skipped.

They probably just took him to the cave when he fainted after all it would be dangerous for him to stay home and that's why all younger generations is here.
