Oh no. No such. Been following this author since her first post and Spoilers, but the later chapters (pages?) make it very clear that that the "Lol, just kidding" is gone and both onee-san and the childhood friend do it with the guy on the regular.
Oddly enough, he still has a very innocent mind (you'll see what I mean eventually)

Any actual R18 stuff is only in the author's Fanbox tho
