"Jay" Elon, aka dad, no longer seem to have a robotic [looking] right hand.
Could be skin color coating, or skin sleeve if the arm still have a monitor on it (there was a monitor or interface when he was showing off the vibration detector, right?)
Or replaceable prosthetic attachments for different occasions. President of a prosthetic company probably have more access to better equip than other.
Or, just artist mistake, like the hair growth on that one patient a while back.
