Never understood the point of these. The source material is like at 2,500 chapters and this manga (manwa, manwha, whatever the Chinese version is) will never even make it to the end. Especially on our side of translating.

@Akemua lol what? the source material is at 91 right now.. didn't even reach 3 digits yet and you talk about 2500 chapters ._. people also thought that naruto will never make it to the end, yeah many projects did get axed on the authors side.. that can always happen even to popular projects for various reasons

Before you speak, actually know what you're talking about, bud.

The "source material" this is based off of has 2,015 chapters. Get off your high horse about negativity. Your "91" chapters is NOT the source material but an adaptation.

I only said that because even the Coiling Dragon (Panlong) adaptation which has just over 800 chapters as the "source material" has yet to be finished and it was started years ago.

The translated "source material" of this has yet to hit chapter 1,000 and it was started like 3 years ago. See a theme yet? I wasn't being negative but was genuinely curious as to what the point was. Lol, triggered much.

@Akemua Wow source material... got me to confuse what i call my source with what you meant which is the source of the whole story. I didn't think you would be talking about the novel because we don't do that here. It's pointless to bring that up. Also what do you want to say? I honestly don't know! The point of this is having it illustrated just like with everything else that is getting a manga and/or anime. How long will it go on for and how long we need to translate it, why does that matter? The translation of the novel didn't reach 1k yet even though it's been going on for 3 years? And now? What do we have to do with the novel?
I am not triggered i want to know what you want to hear? Most of us don't care about novels so this is the only way to read the story, and even if we read the novel maybe we want to see it illustrated. How can you be so sure that it won't reach the end? And if it goes on for 10 years, why is that a bad thing?

10 years to finish a translation? Especially a manhua that is VERY low on how much dialogue is in the story? Ya, that's horrendously bad since, again, the "source material" was finished a decade earlier. Lolz.

Also, explain to me how Naruto was ever considered to not get finished? It had an OFFICIAL translation, who cares if the fan tl ever finished?

Dude, you have turned this into something that didn't to happen. It's not like I was saying no one should tl this or something. As a manga AND novel reader, I just wondered what the point was to these adaptations that have a almost guaranteed (based off of the other adaptations, such as Panlong, Chaotic Sword God, etc) of ever finishing, especially since the "source material" is so long?

I hope all the best to you in your endeavors of translating this, but this whole thing was frankly asinine.
