Chapter 13 is a dupe of chapter 12 and chapter 14 is chapter 13. The numbering is off by 1.

There is an extra "Perspective 02" labeled as chapter 12 that needs to be deleted and all the chapters before 13 need to be bumped up by one because there is no chapter 0, it starts with chapter 1.
