Alexander can probably control inertia within themselves, as that would allow them to do just about anything they want in terms of motion and physics. Alexander's attacks can accelerate instantly and are not affected by the matter they strike, as any energy is always completely transferred. Furthermore, gravity could not enact its force on Alex, allowing them to stay afloat wherever.
