"Go and complain...After you've actually touched them," is a taunt in the imperative and to me suggests consent. She quite literally asks for it. The situation is awkward, difficult to explain, and potentially embarrassing for both parties, which is why he probably recommended discretion, but I doubt he'd be found guilty with competent representation.

The premise had potential with good execution, but I personally found the characters introduced thus far to be dumb and/or gross and the situations they found themselves in to be dumb and unrelatable.

My man came back and got it. If he was in the right he wouldn't have to tell her to keep her voice down. She was put in a situation that kept her from openly denying what was happening to her. She clearly didn't like what was going on. The story clearly doesn't shy away from what happens even if it tries to downplay play it. She was Sexually Assaulted posed as a "meet cute." Some people think sexual assault and rape is hot. Good for them. That's fine. But that doesn't change what it is. We can moralize it all we want ourselves but it is what it is.
I agree with what you are saying but the part of her staying quiet is more about shame of getting caught doing something naughty
If she truly didnt like it she could have always made the choice of telling on him, he was not holding her with a knife or making treats, she choosed to let it happen until the end

Sexual Assault is violence. Its inherent. The threat of shame is just icing on top of that. Because of this the party being assaulted isn't responsible for that assault even if they don't tell them to stop enough for fight back enough.

Even if we want to take that literally which we shouldn't, she has the right to then tell him to stop. Something he held over her head by bringing up being exposed on the train. Its not awkward or difficult, its sexual assault. This isn't a court case asking if he actually did it or if he should go to jail. If you don't want to get caught in a awkward situation of molesting someone, you don't molest them.

I just don’t think he was threatening her, it was moree like : do you want us to get caught doing something indecent in public?
Though of course in the eyes of the many the dude will definitly be accused of SA if they get caught which makes sense

What a dog shit manga chapter 1. "Aobas so kind." Guy sexually harassers her at work and puts her down.

Then she goes to find a stranger on a train to molest her? What a dumb AF manga.
