Yes. The 1st panel was our dear boy thinking blondie is such a cheerful girl. Fortune teller girl told him to go to the back of the school at the end of the day in order to set up a confession for herself but it ended up with boy seeing blondie's stuff inside the pool (she is getting builled).

Thanks! Now make sense how that the fortune teller said: "all your misunderstandings will be cleared up", in the end the otaku discovered that the image of the gyaru being always cheerful is not true
