There are high-cut undergarments that match those. To begin with, high-cut bunny girl costumes were modeled after high-cut undergarments and not the other way around. High-cut undergarments were designed to pair with sidecut/slit dresses from the 70s. The reason they aren't so common anymore is because modern sidecut/slit dresses tend to be cut at the mid-thigh instead of the hip or waist like the older versions.
