It’s confusing how the guy has 6 stars as fodder yet never got above a 5 star hero

So basically typical auto-battler with Darkest Dungeon esque mechanics? All the mental/mind crazy stuff buff debuff and perma-death, though I suppose Kancolle kinda was that.

That means he is saying the game is being cheap towards him.

Most gacha games got a max level, or close to max level of rarity mixed in with the free pulls.
This one, however, didn't.
