Basically, inside the waiting room (the safe village they stay), time flows differently than in the tower (as it's actual gameplay)
It means nothing for them, except that they have more time to train and prepare in the waiting room before going in the tower (it was roughly explained in the earlier chapters, when they had three days off after the first floor)

i don't understand what he meant with the time on the floor is different or smthe said earlier that the time is 3x slower outside so he’s kinda lying about it being 10 minutes. He knows it’s actually 30 but is saying 10 to not scare them. The 19 minutes is actually what the real life/master Tim’s is
