I really can't relate to these type of guy lol eventho I'm a guy myself even such a slight kind of flirt to stranger well in my case even someone that I know...that thing I personally think is annoying, creeps, and yuck lol, moreover imagine witnessing this kinda thing in the broad Daylight...jeez, they better be get some 'play' with the same sex so they can understand and realize how disgusting they're when they do this annoying pick-up thing haha

Well, dunno about other countries, but that kind of way to pick up girls we usually see in mangas, with various dudes trying to pick up a single girl, maybe two, may actually work in Japan since, you know, japanese are brought up in a way that make them easy to push around under presure.
