So this has been happening on repeat for who knows how long. Lunch friend was there to keep an eye him. At some point in the past he was super crazy. Wow.

I feel bad from Mr. Ear, he seemed cool, hopefully he survives somehow. The end mentions Cho's Realm, but I don't see it mentioned in mangaupdates unless it's by a different name. I hope the plot doesn't depend on the other story, although inside jokes are fine.

I a bit confused on the red cells that can speak. It looks like the one with the big ears is the one that the MC speaks to and was crushed by the mother. And the one the mother speaks to is the other one?
