...Is it a bad time to mention that highschools don't typically carry hypochlorous acid in high enough concentration to do all that? I'm not even sure universities do.

Because it's a common misconception that HCL can burn things fast. Those containers themselves wouldn't be able to hold the acid if the concentration was that high. And not to mention there is no concentration of HCL that can instantly burn through materials like that
