Most people don't know how to throw a punch properly.
Theres of course the technique, where you twist at the hips and rotate your forearm as you strike, that's basic stuff.
No the real way to hit someone?

Don't aim for their nose.
Try to punch THROUGH their head.
Simply visualize punching them SO HARD you make a hole through which you strike the back of their skull.
T H A T' S how you punch someone. Aim for the backside of their body, through the front of their body.
