It honestly speaks volumes about the manhwa's writing.

The bullies are loathsome, but you can still feel bad for them until you realize that they deserved to deal with Karma's antics.

either that or some kinda connection to the dad, i think the homeless people were specifically the uhhh "nut buster squad" but these nurses and doc are deff on the payroll, makes you wonder more just how much power the car window girl had when this is how much influence the dad/stepdad has.

i hope we find out what chief actually knows about the incident before i get caught up with whats out, i'd half expected this part of the revenge to be over like 10-15 chapters ago. but they're really slow burning it so that was surprising.
