Is no one gonna complain about the poor MTL? Or if it’s not MTL than just bad TL? Like they literally translated the characters name. Is this there first time scanlating?

Nah, it’s common to translate Chinese names into English this way. I got a Chinese name that is translated basically just like this.

From checking the novels last few issues, I think it's just her crying, and the author just added stuff to the scene to make it look more dramatic, but didn't mean to imply THAT.
