What I remember is...
On the first chapter a doctor performing a surgery on a cancer's case, but he found out there is a tumor resembling a fetus and alive too in the client's body. And then the client suddenly gone crazy after the surgery & searching for those fetus tumor and having a small fight with the doctor at the rooftop or something. And then our doctor get isekaied into medieval japanese period with a bag of his tools.
I don't remember much after that,
But he almost died witnessing a samurai fights and end up performing a surgery on his wound. Curing a chickenpox pandemic or something with limited resources. Giving an education on prostitutes in red light district, developing a condom. Having a difficult time getting a fundraising for developing a basic penicillin (his journey is not smooth) and ofcourse getting cornered with local doctor assossiation...
The second manga also similar with reincarnated stuff in medieval japan but our MC is a chef. On the begining, a chef waking up in medieval period with his cooking knife and having an amnesia about who the heck is he. There is someone with him who also getting isekai'd (probably his senior). Unfortunately they were chased by a military and his companion getting killed but he is able to escaped and jumped to the river.
After that, he is saved by a girl. And then opening a small restaurant, after that he is forced to become a palace chèf. Yeah after that he begin his journey with a King i guess & accompany him...
