I don't think it's very clear what actually took place. The knight said they had neither reproductive organs, so I'm going to continue operating based on that. Forced HRT is awful, but, thankfully, they don't seem to experience dysphoria(though we've seen very little to confirm/deny this).

The pronoun situation here is a bit weird, though. It's hard to separate what gendered language comes from the original text vs the translation(which is not a fault of the translators). There could also be other factors at play. I'm going to stick with 'they' for now as it is safe.
