I guess the first chapter was some kind of flash-forward where we see what happens if she fails too many quests. So now we're in her original/prime timeline where she just got married and began experiencing all these glitches. It's pretty normal for anyone without a severe gamer brain to freak out at first.

Also possible that she only went back a day or so in the first chapter.

Like it'd be one thing if you started seeing game stuff IRL consistently. If you saw something like the tutorial wedding but then things went back to normal for days or weeks you'd start rationalizing things.
